Torta Margherita

Weight and packaging form: bag – 425 gr.
Packaging: box with 12 bags.
Net weight box: 425 gr. X 12= 5.1 gr.

How to bake: pour the ingredients (of the bag) in a cake kneader, add 80 ml. of milk, 125 gr. of softened butter and mix it for 4 minutes on medium speed until getting a thin and homogenous dough.
Pour the mix made in a cake pan (diameter – 24/26 cm), previously buttered.
Put into static preheated oven at 175°C or in a ventilated oven at 165°C and bake it for 40/50 minutes.
Then, let it to cool about 10 minutes and garnish it with icing sugar.
