Pastry for tart

Weight and packaging: bag – 400 gr.
Packaging: box with 12 bags.
Net weight box: 400 gr. x 12= 4.8 gr.

How to bake: pour all of the prepared ingredients in a cake kneader, add 100 gr. of softened butter, 1 egg and mix it for 4 minutes on a medium speed until getting thin and homogenous dough. 
Stretch by fingers ¾ of the pastry on the baking pan (diameter – 24/26), previously buttered, forming an edge 2 cm. high.
Spread some jam or chocolate (150gr. or 3 / 4 spoons) on the pastry and with the pastry remaining make 10 little rolls and put them on the jam to form a grill.
Put into a static/ventilated oven at 180°C and bake for 30/40 minutes.
