NEGRITA

NEGRITA is a very dark-colored spreadable cream with a strong flavor of Bitter Cocoa (Cocoa 25%). This product can be used to give color and flavor to pastry creams, whipped cream, butter creams, mousses and Bavarian creams, but it is also ideal for a topping for Profiteroles or other spoon desserts.
