MIAMI is a soft spreadable cream with a dark color and pleasantly bitter taste. The combination of cocoa (26%) and hazelnuts (8%) is harmoniously balanced to convey an intense yet rounded bouquet to the palate. This product can be used to add color and flavor to pastry creams, whipped cream, butter creams, mousses and Bavarian creams, but it is also ideal for a topping for Profiteroles or other spoon desserts.
