FLORIDA

FLORIDA is a soft spreadable cream with a very dark color and bitter taste (Cocoa 25%) with a hint of hazelnut. This product can be used to give color and flavor to pastry creams, whipped cream, butter creams, mousses and Bavarian creams, but it is also ideal for a topping for Profiteroles or other spoon desserts.
